Diva Challenge

I have watched the Diva Challenges for a while now, but never participated. Perhaps I felt a bit intimidated by all the fabulous Zentangle  tiles that were done! But now that I have my CZT, I feel like I should join in the fun. And it is FUN!

This week’s Diva Challenge was to use Fengle. This is a new tangle released by Rick and Marie of zentangle.com, and at the recent CZT training in Providence, they shared this new tangle with us. It is a more complex tangle, and I am still trying to figure out the best way to utilize it, but I did do a few tiles with Fengle. These are the two I am submitting to the Diva Challenge.

So pretty! Love the hollibaugh background on the second one!

Thanks. Hollibaugh is one of my favorite tangles and I am always throwing it in somewhere. I like the juxtaposition of the curves of fengle with the straight lines of hollibaugh.
